Where do you ship?
We ship to Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom, and shipping is free on all orders. You can see full details on our Shipping Policy page.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–10 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely at checkout with major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
Can I return a product?
Yes, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Unopened items can be returned for change of mind within 30 days, and faulty or incorrect items are always covered. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned for change of mind.
I have sensitive skin or allergies. What should I do?
Please read the ingredient list and carry out a patch test before first use. Our products are for external cosmetic use only and are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a known sensitivity or a medical concern, check with a qualified professional first.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or contact us.
