Refund & Returns Policy

At Sevira we want you to love what you buy. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our process. It applies to purchases made through seviracosmetics.com. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your consumer rights
Wherever you live, you have mandatory consumer rights that this policy does not limit or replace. In most countries you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. For example, customers in Australia have guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and customers in the EU and the UK have rights under their local consumer law. These rights apply in addition to the returns we offer below.
Change-of-mind returns
If you simply change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is:
- unused, unopened and in its original, sealed packaging;
- in re-saleable condition; and
- accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare and personal-care items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty (see below).
Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for items we do not receive.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seviracosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Where an item has a problem covered by the consumer guarantees, we will cover return postage and provide a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to start a return
- Email support@seviracosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@seviracosmetics.com. We process orders quickly, so once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under this policy.
