Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your Sevira order. By placing an order you agree to the timeframes and terms below.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we ship to. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Your total time to receive an order is the processing time plus the delivery time. These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, weather or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will help you follow up with the carrier where needed.

Customs and import duties

Prices shown at checkout do not include any import duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Where these apply, they are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Any such charges are separate from the order total you pay us.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@seviracosmetics.com and we will help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@seviracosmetics.com with your order number so we can investigate and make it right.
